How to pay?
I use PayPal, there you can pay by credit card, debit card, or bank account. It is a secure site that allows you to pay without vendors having access to your financial information. Opening a PayPal account is easy and free.
You can email or call to order your painting, shirt or when booking your Painting With Loy art class. I will send you an invoice from my email address email@example.com
If you have a PayPal account, please log into your account to pay.
Don't have an account, click on "If you have never paid through PayPal before".
Once payment is confirmed, I will ship your painting or shirt. Or I will send you a invitation to your scheduled Painting With Loy class.
For commission art: 50% deposit is required to ensure my time and payment is non-refundable. Than final payment is due and payable prior to release of the art work.
Once your painting is completely dried, I can deliver it to your home or office if you are local. If not, I can arrange a delivery service to send your painting C.O.D. (cash on demand). Please keep in mind that depending on the size of the painting and destination, the rate can range between $50.00 - $150.00. That includes the packaging, handling, insurance, and shipment.
Returns on commissions?
No, there are no returns on commissioned paintings.

Refund Policy on shirts / bags
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
